Five star cleaning company were extremely excited to receive an email requesting a sparkle clean from one of our regular clients, who had just taken on the role of main contractor in the complex refurbishment of this stunning and unique boutique Hotel based in the heart of York city centre.
The Judges Lodgings hotel refurbishment was a tight eight week programme in which the main contractors had fully refitted the twenty one guest rooms, main bar, dining areas, reception and communal areas throughout. Although the deadlines were tight, the main contractors, subcontractors and hotel staff shown immense team work in order to have the project ready for the bookings on Valentines day 2020.
Our teams envolvement in the project was a key role in finalising all the finishing touches you would expect to see in a Five star hotel. The commitment from our staff was second to none with them working tight around contractors as well as being fully aware of health and safety rules. There was no doubt that our team did feel the pressure of our tight seven day programme however, this is nothing new to them as collectivley they own a wealth of experience in completing prestine sparkle cleans around the UK.
Using the knowledge of our team, we completed the cleaning of areas in the hotel over phases to hand over to the client. We were well equipt with all the tools to complete this kind of project from beds being moved to be cleaned underneath, windows being scraped of existing paint then cleaned, mirrors being professionally cleaned and polishing off stainless steel and copper features. As always our team took full responsibility and pride for there workmanship with our team leader regularly communicating with the on site project manager to ensure customer satisfaction at all times throughout the project.
We believe this approach is the key to our ongoing successful working relationship with the main contractor and look forward to working with them again.
